Here are a few basic rules

It's always great to have reminders for when you reach the water. Here are a few jet ski safety rules to keep in mind:

  • Slow down because at full speed, it can take 300 feet for a ski to stop
  • Wear a life jacket even if you're a strong swimmer
  • Wear eye protection to protect yourself from sun and water splatter
  • Don't drink and ski, as it's illegal and dangerous to do so
  • Drive defensively and always be on the lookout for swimmers or other skis
  • Be aware of wakes from boats because they can knock you off your ski
Our final and most important rule is to have fun and make great memories!
